SUMMARY:4th Women in Transportation Panel Discussion and Networking
DESCRIPTION:Note: This is a hybrid event. Non-NYU attendees can join the event via Zoom and NYU students are encouraged to attend in person at 6 Metrotech Center\, Room 460\, Brooklyn\, 11201. Due to current NYU health protocols\, in-person attendance for non-NYU guests is not feasible at this time. \nThe C2SMART Center and the NYU chapter of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) are excited to host our annual Women in Transportation Panel Discussion\, followed by an opportunity for attendees to network and socialize. This year’s panel boasts three amazing women working in the transportation industry who will share their perspectives and experiences. \nThe panel provides a space for attendees to discuss challenging issues facing the transportation field\, opportunities for growth\, and ways in which current and future transportation professionals can work together to create a more equitable workspace. All students\, regardless of self-identification\, are encouraged to attend.
