We are very proud to announce that Joseph Chow, C2SMART Deputy Director and Department of Civil, Urban, & Environmental Engineering at NYU Tandon faculty member, was recently promoted to Full Professor.
In the 10 years Prof. Chow has taught at New York University, he has earned an NSF CAREER Award, graduated 16 PhD students, and led several exceptional research efforts, all while contributing greatly to the growth and success of the Center.
