- Alternative Fuels Center Assistant: C2SMART Center is seeking undergraduate and graduate students to support the center’s research projects on transportation and smart cities using emerging technologies on an as-needed basis. This position will give the candidate the opportunity to work with pre-eminent faculty conducting cutting-edge research in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), with exposure to numerous research projects on connected/autonomous vehicles, electric vehicles, alternative fuels, infrastructure resiliency, and more. - Culvert Field Internship (Summer 2026): C2SMART Center is seeking undergraduate and graduate students to support a Center research project on roadway infrastructure. Students will travel throughout New York State conducting an inventory of culvert (storm drain) infrastructure on state roads. This position will support analysis of the hydraulic capacity and system resilience of infrastructure throughout New York State. Learn more and apply here.
