Terry Tamutus of SMS, is a Mechanical Engineer and has over 30 years of SHM expertise. Terry has published over 20 peer-reviewed papers on Acoustic SHM. He provides SHM design, application support, installation, training, and product development. Worldwide, he has provided hundreds of papers and presentations to universities, engineering societies (NACE, PTI, ASNT, TRB), government agencies (DoD, DOTs, NIST, FAA, NASA, FHWA), and companies including Boeing, Lockheed, PowerGen, and refineries.
